Hola! ¿Cómo han estado? Ya tengo tiempo que no paro por este blog y es que he estado algo ocupada trabajando en una colección de bichitos de lo más graciosos y hoy quiero presentarles a uno de ellos, la libélula, ¿verdad que está linda?

¡Hola mi gente querida! Espero que estén bien y disfrutando  mucho su verano. Recientemente fui a visitar a mi familia por un par de semanas y he regresado a casa con nuevos bríos y muchas ganas de hacer una de las actividades que más me gusta: coser a mano! :) Así que aquí les muestro un adelanto de lo que he estado haciendo últimamente. Ya voy muy adelantada en el tutorial y espero tenerlo listo en un par de semanas. 

Hello my dear friends! I hope you are doing well and enjoying your Summer very much. I recently visited my family for a couple of weeks and I returned home with renewed energy and wanting to do one of the activities I like the most: hand sewing! :) So here I am showing you a sneak peek of what I have been working on lately. I have been busy writing the tutorial and hope to have it ready in a couple of weeks.

¡Hola querida gente! Paso por aquí para decirles que ya he terminado el tutorial para hacer un pastelito todo sonrisas y un poco fornido, un adorable cono de helado medio cabezoncito y una dulce y amigable paleta de hielo.

Hello dear friends! Stopping by just to tell you that I have finished the tutorial to make a smiley and kind of chunky cupcake, an adorable big headed ice cream cone and a sweet and friendly ice pop. 

He hecho las piezas como ornamentos, pero también pueden hacerse como adornos para una guirnalda, corona, broche y otras linduras. Me encanta como se ven todas las piezas juntas en la guirnalda de abajo.

I have made the pieces as ornaments, but they can also be made as embellishments for a garland, a wreath, brooch and other pretty things. I love the way all these pieces look together in the garland below.

Colgante de Pascua

Easter Wall Hanging 

Hola querida gente! De rapidito paso por aquí para actualizarles en mi proyecto de Pascua. Les había dicho que estaba trabajando en un colgante que incluiría tres animalitos: un conejo, una oveja y un pato. Pues bien, una vez que puse los tres peques juntos el conjunto lució un poco "atiborrado".. muy "lleno" para ser más clara. Así que decidí hacer el colgante con sólo el conejo al que agregaré también unas flores y eso será suficiente.. Les incluyo una foto de una conejita que ya tengo terminada, verdad que está linda? 
 
Hello dear people! Just a quick note to give you an update regarding my Easter project. I had told you that I was working on a wall hanging that would include three little creatures: a bunny, a lamb and a duck. Well, once I put the three little ones together the piece looked a little “crowded”.. too busy. So I decided to make the wall hanging with only the bunny and I will add a few flowers to complete the piece. I am including a picture of one of the bunnies I have finished, isn’t she pretty?
 

Voy a tratar de usar el diseño de la oveja en algún otro proyecto y lo mismo haré con el pato.
